Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ls777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the ls777 online gambling platform, accessible at ls777.org, and all services, features, and game products offered through it.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the ls777 platform and uses its services.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ls777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you warrant you satisfy at all times while maintaining an active account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services of this nature is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of an employee or director of ls777 or any of its affiliated companies or licensed game providers.
• You must not be located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction that ls777 has designated a Prohibited Territory. ls777 reserves the right to update the list of Prohibited Territories at any time without prior notice.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ls777 or any third-party responsible gaming organization, or have voluntarily requested self-exclusion from ls777.

Account Registration

To access real-money features of the ls777 platform, you must complete the registration process. The following conditions apply:

• You may hold only one (1) active account per person. Registering multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or via shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and active mobile telephone number.
• ls777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details accurate and up to date. To update your information, contact the ls777 support team via live chat or email.
• ls777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ls777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ls777 staff will never ask you for your password.
• You must notify ls777 immediately if you suspect or discover any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact the 24/7 support team via live chat at the earliest opportunity.
• ls777 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

• You must not access ls777 from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks without taking appropriate precautions, including logging out fully after each session.
• Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and transactions processed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity, unless ls777 has been promptly and properly notified of unauthorized access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ls777 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via approved payment channels only, which currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The available payment channels may change at ls777's discretion.
• A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the point of deposit. ls777 does not impose deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, ls777 reserves the right to void the deposit, forfeit any associated winnings, and close the account.
• ls777 does not accept deposits made via credit card, prepaid card, or any cryptocurrency instrument.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. Transfer processing times depend on your bank or e-wallet provider; ls777 is not responsible for delays attributable to external payment systems.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical compatibility. ls777 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a specific verified account at its discretion.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• ls777 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 60 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, Monday to Saturday). Requests submitted outside banking hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may experience additional processing time.
• ls777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Clause 6 before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• ls777 reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

ls777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to members who have met the eligibility criteria in Clause 2 and who have a fully registered and verified account.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the respective promotion detail page.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held in separate designations within your account balance. Real Money Funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion stipulates otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.
• ls777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Members who have accepted a bonus prior to modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via multiple accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• ls777 reserves the right to withhold bonus payment or reverse bonus credits where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through arbitrage strategies, coordinated wagering with related accounts, or other forms of bonus abuse.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ls777. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker tournaments, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery)) are published separately in the relevant product sections of the platform.

• All bets and game outcomes are final once the relevant event, game round, or draw has been settled. ls777 does not reverse settled outcomes except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game session. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. ls777 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server interruptions, disconnections, or software errors — that affects an active game round or bet, ls777's system logs constitute the authoritative record of the transaction. ls777 will endeavor to resolve affected bets fairly; disputed outcomes must be reported to support within 48 hours of the relevant event.
• ls777 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game, sport market, or betting product. Games and markets may be suspended, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers on ls777 is strictly prohibited. Detection of automated activity will result in immediate account suspension.
• ls777 does not offer credit facilities. All bets must be funded from available Real Money Funds or eligible Bonus Funds in your account at the time of placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ls777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or in communications with ls777.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds transacted through ls777.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ls777 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, probe, or exploit ls777's technical infrastructure, including unauthorized penetration testing, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Accessing ls777 from a Prohibited Territory or using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ls777 platform — including but not limited to the ls777 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ls777 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ls777 platform for your personal, non-commercial wagering and entertainment purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ls777 content without prior written authorization from ls777.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

ls777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Request by the member to close their own account.

Upon account closure, ls777 will return any remaining verified Real Money Funds to the member via the most recently used payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to ls777. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure. ls777 is not obligated to return funds where closure is the result of a terms violation or fraud investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ls777 holds its international gaming license.

By using the ls777 platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulation varies by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws in your country or territory of residence, including Indonesia. ls777 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction from which it can be technically accessed.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ls777's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 16) shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed internationally recognized arbitration body. Both parties waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Amendments

ls777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ls777 will notify active members via the email address registered to their account and/or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ls777 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in force is always the version displayed at ls777.org/terms-conditions. The effective date is shown in the document header. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
